Joon Hong's background in investment banking, M&A, and private equity led to some interesting projects, including an acquisition of the Hyundai Unicorns, a professional baseball team in Seoul, S. Korea. Joon then transitioned into management consulting for startups, helping them launch and grow their businesses. Joon fell in love with IFEL's mission several years ago and joined our team of experts as a speaker, trainer, and small business advisor.

When he is not working, he can be found surfing, practicing Brazilian jiujitsu, and spending time with his wife & bunnies. Joon received his MBA with Distinction from San Diego State University and his BA from the University of Washington.
