Matt Şenız-Cheng is a development professional with over a decade of expertise in nonprofit management and fundraising. As the Associate Director of Partnerships at NYC Pride, he oversees a $3.3 million portfolio and collaborates closely with the team to identify ways to elevate and support the LGBTQ+ community. Since joining NYC Pride, Matt has strengthened relationships with existing & new partners, expanded programming year-round, and facilitated spaces where nonprofits and corporate partners can connect, collaborate, and learn from one another. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Media, Culture, and Communication from NYU and is a graduate of the New York Community Trust Leadership Fellows program.
