Please join us for our renewed virtual lunch-and-learn series.  Brian McAvoy, CFO, CPA, MBA - principle at McAvoy Business Solutions LLC - will present briefly on the judicial halt of the Corporate Transparency Act, detailing upcoming deadline, requirements, and process of satisfying this new disclosure requirement for business owners in the U.S. We will dedicate the majority of this lunch and learn to a "Profitability and Cashflow Master Class."

Brian received his Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Scranton. Upon graduation, Brian worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Private Company Services and Financial Services audit teams. Additionally, Brian previously worked as a Finance Manager at a mid-size bank in New York City. 


After working with large corporations, Brian decided to take his skills and expertise to the small and medium-sized business space. Leveraging his extensive accounting experience and relationship-building skills, Brian looks forward to partnering with business owners to help them unlock their business' financial and operational potential!
