About Presenter Bennett Weiss
A New York native, Bennett Weiss is the President of Long Island RFP. He has been in the government contracting and proposal writing industry for over a decade, and is certified by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, the SCORE Association, and the General Services Administration. He has worked with small local businesses and Fortune 50 companies to provide services providing Small Business Consulting, Business Development and Procurement, Proposal Center Management, Proposal Project Management and RFP/RFI/Grant writing. He has worked in various contracting sectors with numerous federal, state, local and K-12 and Higher Ed organizations in the areas of commercial sales, marketing, construction and specialty trades, education, and healthcare with contract values up to $800 million dollars. Bennett’s passion is to work with Women/LGBTQ+/Minority and Veteran owned businesses to help them succeed as entrepreneurs.

Building on the virtual community that has formed as a result of the past couple of years, we are pleased to present our new Lunch & Learn program. Our Lunch & Learns provides a monthly opportunity to learn about various topics presented by Subject Matter Experts (SME) from the nglccNY and network with members that are both in the NYC area and beyond.
Each virtual Lunch & Learn includes a 30-45 minute presentation of a topic from a SME, and will also allow time for networking during a breakout session.
