Individuals seeking information about work visas and citizenship pathways
LuxCitizenship was established in 2016 and has helped over 1,600 Americans on the journey to dual citizenship. We are a mission-driven business focused on building connections between Europe and America. We work with individuals whose ancestors came from Luxembourg who want to obtain dual citizenship.
From our headquarters in New York City & our operation in Luxembourg, the LuxCitizenship team helps with processing the paperwork, genealogical searches, document requests, and translations required to obtain Luxembourg citizenship by descent. We specifically provide services for eligible applicants under Articles 7, 23, and 89 of the Luxembourg nationality law. We also assist with relocation and assessing professional opportunities in Luxembourg and across the EU. We additionally provide free articles on the practicalities of dual citizenship and about Luxembourg.
Our founder Daniel Atz obtained Luxembourgish citizenship through ancestry in 2014. He has been featured repeatedly on TV in Luxembourg and writes extensively about Luxembourg and Luxembourgish nationality issues.
